產(chǎn)品簡(jiǎn)介：

DiOC5(3) (3,3′-Dipentyloxacarbocyanine iodide)（貨號(hào)：NBS3223）和DiOC6(3)(3,3′-Dihexyloxacarbocyanine iodide)（貨號(hào)：NBS3219）是用于測(cè)定膜電位的兩種最廣泛使用的羰花青染料，定位在內(nèi)質(zhì)網(wǎng)。是一種電位敏感的細(xì)胞膜滲透性染色。用于流式分析金黃色葡萄球菌（S. aureus）的抗生素敏感試驗(yàn)。

實(shí)驗(yàn)方法（中性粒細(xì)胞的膜電位檢測(cè)）： Neutrophils were buffered at pH 7.4 in decreasing external [NaCl] and increasing external [KCl] to maintain the total external cation concentration equal to 150 mM in a stirred, temperature-controlled cuvette (24°C) at excitation wavelength of 460 nM and emission wavelength of 507 nM. Dye response (ΔF%) of DIOC5(3) (225 nM) in the presence of the K+ ionophore valinomycin (10 μM)was calibrated to ΔΨ by the equation MATH 2 where R = ideal gas constant, T = temperature (Kelvin), and F = faraday's constant.
